I'm from ny.... I'm a pain in the xxx. He was great. Highly professional and goes beyond what I expect of most contractors. The report was crazy thorough! 82 pages!!! He called me a few days later to tell me we had an open recall that is didn't even know about. Would definitely use again Www.needgod.com

With out having Vince inspect a house before we moved into it, there was a number of things that would not of been addressed to get repaired. because a normal person just dont see stuff until it gets real bad and cost more to fix. Vince has a good eye and worth every penny for his experience. The fee I paid for Home inspection I will get back over and over again by getting repairs done now Not later.

Overall Vince did a great job and offered great discounts. He was very thorough with his inspection and reports. The only problem I had was he was a little slow getting us the reports which I had to ask for. I would recommend him.
