Rentals - Parties
BEWARE!! I am a member of a committee who was giving a reunion beach party in 2017 & it just so happened a hurricane threatened it's presence. The committee had to cancel the reunion due to the hurricane. The sheriff closed the beach. The resort, DJ, beach caterer & party planner return all of our monies due to the natural disaster BUT Rentaland refused to return any of our funds back to us regardless a natural disaster was declared. We had to return funds back to our guest. Rentaland did not care. They claim the contract stated through rain or shine. When the governor declares a natural disaster it's not just a thunderstorm coming. Do not use these people!! We were expecting 300 people. We threatened to go to court which they offered half. We had to take our losses. PLEASE do not rent from them! I belong to other clubs & organizations & refuse to let them use them. If I could give "0" stars I would!
