I feel that the technician and the owner were honest in their ability to assess the issue with our stove. They were unable to determine which of two parts was actually causing the problem. Since both parts were over $200.00, we decided to purchase a new stove.

Very poor experience . They came out ordered part and came back to install it. Showed up install the part than quickly left. Than stove did not work right. Then called they came out and found there was the wrong parts. So had leave again and order new parts. I called and he left a message he will get back me back. . Than made repeated calls to him and never responded. Took my money and nerver responded to me.

The parts installed are correct and factory parts. You will need to purchase new knobs as informed to your husband at the last visit. We are happy to provide the new knobs for you if you choose."

Very professional. Sean and Steven were both professional and knowledgeable. Great service. Did what they said they would, when they said they would. Would definitely use them again. Hire them and you will not be sorry. Clean up afterwards as well!!

Friendly, fast and, most importantly, quality service. They not only diagnosed and repaired our oven's blown-out circuit board, but also discerned why our refrigerator was giving us problems dispensing water as well as a faulty ice dispenser. Both problems were diagnosed on aTuesday and fixed the following Thursday. All at an affordable cost.
