Pride Lawn & Pool Maintenance

I love that guy. We were in New York and he takes care of a property for us in Palm Coast, Florida. He was an excellent gentleman. When I bought this house he was already working here. He told me that he had already serviced this house. At that time he was doing the lawn service and then expanded to do the pool. So I asked him if he was handling both because I was going to hire two different people. Now he said we do both pool and lawn services. He was very reasonable; the man was so nice that I cannot believe it. I am very lucky. He told me that he was not going to do anything just because he can but only if it was really needed. I found that very honorable. I told him to do this for as long as he wants. My husband said that he does not want to do it because Frank would do it.
