My yard looked the best it had for the two years Iâ d lived at my home. He cleaned up my landscaping front and back and treated the weeds. Leftover grass was non-existent that had been strewn from another service. Just an overall great job and good price! Not to mention it was almost 100 degrees outside that day.

Chad the owner sends a personalized text message after each service. He tells you what he did and also provides helpful advice on areas that need attention. He also offers additional services to help the lawn do better.

As a disabled veteran, I appreciate their hard work and great communication.

Iâ ve used Perfectionists Lawn by Chad for over 2 years now and do not have a single complaint. This is without a doubt the best lawn service in the Palm Coast and Flagler area. Iâ m only at my home in Palm Coast a few months out of the year. Chad takes care of everything while Iâ m away and while Iâ m in town. Easy billing service, weekly text updates and great service! Couldnâ t ask for a better lawn and landscape care service.

I have been using Perfectionists Lawn in Palm Coast for the past year and externally happy with their services. They are very professional , provided amazing result in a short period of time and Chad always answers any questions you might have. Highly recommend them.

Chad would skip my lawn if it had rained on or before my service day and would not come back until the next week. This happened multiple times. His fix was to do "extra work" the next time to make up for not coming out. Nothing "extra" he did was worth the the money. He sprayed round up in the flower beds that eventually leached out into my lawn. I asked him about repairing the damage but he blew me off. He cancelled our contract and refunded half of my monthly fee. The problem is he only cut the grass one time that month. He still owes me for one cut and for re-sodding my damaged lawn. If you hire this guy keep track of your billing.

The billing is one line and the bill is easily payed on line as well. I am extremely happy with this service.

Excellent work

Chad is an overall great guy who s biggest strength is communicating when the lawn is cut or when he can t make it for that day. All of our previous lawn maintenance companies never kept us in the loop. I ve worked in this line of business before and understand the weather doesn t always cooperate, so it s always appreciated when I get a text if he can t make it on our scheduled day and when he likely will return.
