Dan Vassalio gave us a very good estimate and followed up faithfully with contacting us each day they got delayed on account of the rains requiring them to complete other jobs that put them behind schedule. His communication as excellent. Four men came out and worked like a well-oiled machine finishing the rescreen in two days. They replaced all the base fasteners and all the screens, power washed the cage after the old screens were removed, replaced several frame screws, rebuilt both entry doors so they opened and closed properly and cleaned up perfectly when they were done. They even left the pool spotless. I would hire them again in a minute without hesitation.

This started out well with a prompt return call for an estimate. They arrived for the estimate right on time, no waiting around. They were thorough in reviewing the job and covered the job in detail including the need to bring my lanai up to current building codes by adding cables to brace the structure with plus as a standard of this type of service they also replace the screen door latches and pistons, something I hadn't thought of.

They started and completed the job in exactly the time frame and dates they told me they would. It rained on two of the three days they were on the job and still completed the job right on time. They left with no signs that they had ever been there, I had to do nothing to clean up behind them.

The quality of the work was excellent and they were wonderful to work with. When the time comes to replace the screens again I would call on them and not even bother with getting quotes from other competitors.

Went great. Even made some minor repairs. Nice folks. Easy to get along with. Did a very nice job on a very hot day. No mess. Would use again for sure.

It was hard as half the walls were stone and uneven.

Pleased with the info and estimate

Arrived when said they will. Put in screen enclosure, the doggy door did not come in so they had to go get it and came back to install it. Misty and Dan took some time to teach my doggie how to use the door. I loved the way they called to let me know they were on there way to make sure my dog was not out in backyard and could get out when they come in yard. I am very happy with screened in patio and service and would definitely recommend them to others.

We were not home, when the work was finished !

They came within a general time frame they told me they would come on the first day. They didn't finish the job on the first day due to not having all the parts from parts they had ordered, which may not have been their fault. They came back the next day, finished the job, and it looks great.

The work was done efficiently, extremely well and professionally. It is a great company. A pleasure to work with and have do work at my home.
