We have an annual contract with Palm Coast Pest Services and have had it since we moved into the house 5 years ago,  Three times a year Hugh comes and does the outside of our house and once a year does the inside as well.  As usual, our last treatment was done quickly, effectively and efficiently.  What we really appreciate is how caring he is about our cats, always ensuring that they are not exposed to pesticides during the treatment.  We've also learned to trust Hugh's advice about other aspects of our house and he is really good about telling you about other necessary maintenance like trimming trees and shrubs, etc. I highly recommend Palm Coast Pest Services.

Hugh Long has taken care of our house for 5 years and during that time we've never had a problem with bugs even though we have pets and live on a lake in Florida. The annual service contract calls for quarterly treatments, three outside only and one inside and out. Of course, if any problems should arise between the visits, Hugh will come out immediately to address them. When he does come by he lets me know in advance so I can isolate the cats until the pesticides dry. So when he does the outside, I keep them in and when he does the inside, I close them out on the lanai. I really appreciate the fact that Hugh is always so careful about the cats and makes sure that all doors are closed that are supposed to be shut and vice versa. The inside treatment is very thorough and involves the whole house, attic, light and electrical switches, in cabinets, etc. When he does the outside, it is just as thorough. As I said, in 5 years we have not had any bugs in our house.



I pay $325 annually for this service although I don't know if he is charging new customers more. I wouldn't trust any other pest service company in my house and am delighted to recommend Palm Coast Pest Services to my friends and neighbors.

We had been disappointed by our previous pest control company and decided to give Hugh a try. He has been the best! We have a commercial establishment with kitchens which make us a little more of a challenge. But, Hugh stands by his work and is always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!.
