Excellent.  I had other quotes much higher and his was 7500.00 and I added to it and he did it for the price of 8000.00 His pricing was the best by and far.  He has great sub contractors he is the contractor.

We had the most wonderful experience with them.  They are an independent builder.  We are so impressed with their honest, integrity, and workmanship.  I think the key word I would like to use for them is honest, integrity, and quality of workmanship.  They were fine in price though there were cheaper houses to buy.
