Josh is excellent! He was the fourth person I had check on my heat pump. The other three told me to replace it. Josh fixed it for under $1,400. I had quotes up to $20,000. This man is honest, kind and on time. Save yourself time and just call josh Sammons.

Did a good job and the equipment works as advertised

Josh, Brian and Joey were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They did not to try to up sell me equipment I didn?t need and truely cared that my HVAC system was repaired properly. They even told me their will stop by in a couple of days and check on their repairs. Couldn?t recommend them enough.

Josh and Brian showed up on time and changed the 1 broken damper in a timely fashion . They are the first mechanics that cleaned up behind themselves . Will be using them in the future for all HVAC needs

They changed my unit for a very good price. They replied to you very fast, and they showed up when they said they were coming. They changed my unit the same day I called them. I will definitely be using them for my hvac issues.

Veteran owned, phenomenal service and the quality of the work was top notch. I had a bigger company servicing my unit in the area, made the switch to Local HVAC and not only did he noticed my unit was not being taken care of correctly, he fixed all my issues and even found melted wires which he replaced saving me from further damage. Couldnâ  t have asked for a better company for the job. They have me as a customer and will get my recommendations going forward.

Good service, helpful folks. I recently purchased an old house that needed some work and one of the issues was an AC problem. There was water condensation on one of the living room AC vents. The AC technician was very helpful, explained what the problem was and fixed the issue in a very short time, for a reasonable price. Turns out your HVAC systems should be cleaned every once in a while. I am very happy with the service I received and will definitely give them a call if I have any problems in the future.
