"[Member Name Removed], i do have to say that I'm taken back, shocked, and beyond disappointed you would write this review which we both know is false and hurtful. as you mentioned and i agree, the public should know the truth. the only reason you wrote this negative and false review is because you asked me to move the right side of your fence over to the storm water easement which i clearly said i first had to get another permit which you disagreed. then you hired a competitor/former employee (Lex fencing) to move the fence over illegally which is when (thankfully) the city of palm coast was notified and went and found you in violation for working without a permit (below is the violation notice from the city). only after code enforcement went to your residence at [Member Information Removed] did you decide to put this review online. we installed your fence last year successfully which you were beyond happy that you even tipped my foreman and the helpers. every customer is always our first priority, as is our desire to obtain the utmost in customer satisfaction. that is our core value, and we will do all that we can to full-fill this belief. to all potential customers, this notice is public record (violation #2020101025), and a copy is below. Mr [Member Name Removed], i truly hope after you read this reply that your conscience awakes you that you would remove this false review as the proof is attached from the city of palm coast. sincerely, Michael Teixeira"
