Had an old section of Sea Wall removed and replaced with a heavier vynal panel than the origional. A good sound wall was installed that should last for years with no problem. My one complaint would be that the finish on the Concrete Cap was not done properly in that the chamfer on the top of the wall was done with a special tool that the Contractor had developed for this purpose that facilitated a very fast completion of the task but left large sections with an obvious visual defect that would not have been the case if the work had been done with traditional concrete edging tools.    Also the fill dirt brought in to finish the job was not of good quality, which led to large portions of my sod replacement dying after installation.
