When I visited the store I mentioned I was a former customer who had purchased other appliances from them.  I didn't expect a brass band but there was no response at all like thanks for coming back etc.   Their price was exactly the same as Home Depot and Sears.  When I asked what differentiated them I was told - if service needed I called John's not an 800 phone number.  Considering they didn't even acknowledge my prior patronage I may as well go to one of the other stores where at least I know they don't care about return business etc.  So this Saturday on shop small business day I'll be at big box Mr John!!

Brad was the salesperson and from the very beginning, Brad was very professional, cordial, detailed and his followup was great even to the point where he replied to emails on his days off. He is  very personable. If he couldn't answer a question (which was far and few between) he did not hesitate to call the appliance rep. As soon as the appliance rep called him back with an answer, Brad would contact us. You can't find a more trusted person in Brad. AND he was NOT pushy.
The delivery was also very good with the delivery and installation gentleman, Michael (from the Daytona warehouse), being very professional, cordial, and he took his time with the utmost care in handling all the appliances and their installation. Michael was also a very personable. You could see he cared about the quality of his workmanship.
We would definitely go back to John's Appliances in Palm Coast and the price was great!!
It's rare to say, but we did not have one issue from the time we walked into the showroom to the time it was all delivered and installed.
Unfortunately, the refrigerator, we found out 2 days later, had an issue which could not be repaired. The appliance manufacturer could not ship a replacement for a few weeks. Once we contacted Brad, he was very responsive in letting us know we won't wait that long; that he would send one from their own Daytona warehouse to replace ours.

Unbelievable. Nick the manager is awesome and his installation team is superb. This service was $800.00 extra in Jacksonville and free just 58 miles south. That's saving about $15.00 per mile. I was astounded that Nick furnished all plumbing and electrical Cords and had personal follow up from Nick, the store manager. A stunning difference from the two and quot;snootyand quot; high end franchises in Jacksonville.
