Agreed on date and time to be 8/7/17 at Noon. On 8/4/17, sent pictures of the two toilets to be installed. Nearing the appointed time, James called to say he was running late and we agreed to reschedule for 1:30pm. He arrived and began to install the first toilet. He indicated that it was giving him a challenge but turned down our offer of assistance to help. After a few minutes, he said he had to run to the local hardware store for more bolts...we haven't heard from him since. He didn't answer phone calls or texts. We have since done the work ourselves.
