About us

Established in 1991 Jack's Roof-Brite, Inc. has cleaned thousands of tile or shingle roofs in Flagler and St John's Counties. In 2006 the corporation was sold to Joe & Karen Kirschbaum. The company is not affiliated with any other "Jack's ..." company, who makes wrong claims to their customers. Using harmless fungicides and surfactants (soaps) we can literally eliminate the use of high water pressure which might damage any surface (specifically shingle roofs). Jack's Roof-Brite, Inc. has been voted best around with the Flagler News Tribune since 1994. We can show written prove of not only Liability Insurance but also (more importantly) ACCIDENTAL AND DISABILITY INSURANCE, which protects the owner from any law suit stemming from an injury of a worker. With Preventive Maintenance you never have to clean your roof again! Best of all: the costs for maintenance are only a small portion of a roof cleaning. Don't believe these guys who claims to be able to keep you roof clean with a once per year maintenance (double the price anyway - be smart and compare service and prices)

Jimmy arrived on schedule, discussed the job with me and started work. He was meticulous in the way he tackled the job, going over every part of the drive several times to ensure it was perfectly clean and his work didn't leave any post-clean pattern on the driveway - like my neighbor's drive cleaning company did. The whole job took about 2 hours.

They cleaned the roof which had not been cleaned for a number of years; however they only partially cleaned the gutters. I had to call them to come back out to finish cleaning the roof debris that they left behind in the gutters. The roof cleaned was good, but they did not check the gutters and downspouts satisfactorily. Their responsiveness was good. The punctuality was fine.
