Dan was a referral to us and came out right away. He reviewed our back yard and gave us a quote for an addition to our existing covered patio. We wanted a 10' x 25' screened room. We were enclosing one side of the patio and expanding the cement slab. Dan explained his process and quoted on the spot. We also had 2 other companies out to quote and Dan's price was by far the best. We contracted with him and he made all the arrangements to secure permits, submit plans and even arranged to have the final survey done. The other contractors did not provide these services as part of their quote. They required us to secure permits and even have plans drawn by an architect which would add more money to their quote. Dan's crew and cement people were fantastic. After getting the quote, we decided to extend the cement slab an additional 8' and Dan was able to make the necessary adjustments without any problem. Cement guys showed up on time and marked out the slab, dug out the turf and moved all the dirt for us. The next day the cement truck showed up and the crew moved the cement by wheel barrels and completed all in 1 day. They really worked their butts off. Dan and his helper Casey came two days later and installed the screened-in-room in two days. Casey and Dan installed the roof and wall supports on the first day and Casey finished the screening the next. He has to be the best screen person around. They are so snug you can bounce a dime off them. We discovered a leak after completion and Dan located the source as a bad spot on our house roof, recommended a roofer who also came out quickly to get the repair done. All in all, working with Dan was great. He is very thorough and professional. We can HIGHLY recommend him for any home improvements you might need... Super guy!
