The Bourke team was responsive, professional and timely in all aspects of the job. They returned later to take care of a few small items and again were prompt and devoted to complete customer satisfaction.

This was so easy, made an appointment with contractor, agreed on price, set date for job, very easy to work with, George came up with some very good ideas about color and application, very professional and knows his job. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him for any painting job you might have.

George promptly returned my initial call and came by for an estimate. He is obviously in demand as I had to wait several weeks before he could do the job. He and his crew arrived exactly when he said they would, and all were very friendly and priofessional. Painting and refinishing were exceptional, and the job was completed in a day and a half. They took pains to clean up after the job, rehung pictures, and placed all furniture where it belonged. I was very happy with their work and will definitely hire them again.

Everything went very smoothly and they were always on time and friendly. The original quote was originally for $1700 for 2 coats with a good quality Sherwin Williams paint. We were so pleased with the price, that we decided to spring for the top quality paint for an additional $250. They were very neat and professional. We'd hire them again. They also pressure washed our driveway while they were doing the house.

I learned about George Bourke Painting from my aunt who used him a couple of years ago to paint the exterior of her house. I was impressed with the quality of his work on her home. I checked the company out on Angie's List just to be certain and discovered he had an "A" rating.
I called Mr. Bourke in April and left a message on his answering service. He called me back within a couple of hours and we arranged for an estimate the next day. He estimated that the job would cost $2,300. He would receive half at the beginning and the remainder upon completion. When I informed Mr. Bourke that I decided to use his service, we agreed to May 15th as the starting date. However, due to several days of rain the job was pushed back to May 22nd.
The job was expected to take about 4 days, but it only took 3. The first day they power washed the house and even included my driveway and walkway. After the power washing I noticed that one of my sprinkler heads by the house was broken off. I called up Mr. Bourke and left him a message about it. He promptly called me back and left a message stating that his men informed him about the accident and that he would have it repaired. Which he did do on the last day of work. The next day they applied 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Paint. I mention the brand here because I like quality work and it impressed me that Mr. Bourke uses such a high quality brand of paint. On the 3rd and final day they did some finishing touches on the paint and stained the ceiling of my lanai.
When the work was completed, I inspected it with one of the painters and found that it was exceptional. Throughout the process I was very impressed by how much care the painters took every step of the way. For example, all the paint, with the exception of the stain for the lanai which they spraid on; was applied using rollers. Brushes were used for smaller detailed painting. They took their time and made sure that they didn't miss any spots. Also, after painting the front door pillars the same color of the house, they didn't hesitate to change the color upon my request.
I'm very happy with the job they did. It's nice doing business with someone who takes pride in their work and just as Mr. Bourke quoted me, the final cost of the job amounted to: $2,300. I would definitely use his service again.

I called the company for a power wash of the house since they had painted it previously and done an excellent job. Mr. Bourke followed up and was not satified with the original job, and had the job done over. I was completely satisfied, and impressed with Mr. Bourke's professionalism. I would recommend him without reservation..
