 + -1 moreIf you need help in avoiding foreclosure, I would heartily recommend Richard Colino of Florida Financial Mitigation and Consulting. I have known Richard Since he moved to Florida from New York and have had many successful business dealings with him. I know that he was a BBB Honor Roll recipient in New York due to his success in foreclosure prevention. As a Realtor, I occasionally have clients facing foreclosure, and have recommended two families to him for help. I have sat in on his counseling session with one of them and was impressed with his full disclosure and the unique financial plan created for them.
