 + -1 moreDon't waste your money!!! We had to replace AC for $4k and washer/ dryer for $1k as both were shot. The roof AC unit literally fell apart it was so rusty. If we had known, we could have negotiated with owners. I received NO response when I contacted the company for a refund.
