I’ve used one provider and I’ve used them for 15 years. He comes twice a year. He comes in the fall and checks my system and he comes in the spring and checks my system. I called this man on a Saturday night when my air conditioner died and he was here Sunday morning.

It was difficult getting the part, but John kept in touch on a constant basis and freed up the frozen part so I would have air conditioning until the part arrived.
