They have been doing our yard now for about 4 or 5 years. They normally come out every week to cut the grass, but now because the grass has gone dormant, they don't come out as much. They charge a normal rate of $70 a month for clean ups and everything. I recommended people to them and they dropped them because they tend to be inconsistent sometimes. That's the only issue I have with this outfit, but I think they charged them much more than we have been charged. I think they have been lenient with us because we tried to give them some more business. I don't have anything to compare it to but I have gotten estimates from other people and F&S is better than anybody I've gotten quotes from so I stayed with them. They are not professional.
