The guys that actually did the work were amazing. Jeff on the other hand ? is very unprofessional. We had a leak it took 10weeks for him to come look it then he blames the leak on an employee that he fired then in the same conversation tells my wife that the leaks are not his fault. when he comes to talk to me. (while I'm working) he then gets mad and condescending and refused to speak with me unless I stopped doing my job. An absolute rude individual. Will not recommend to anyone simply because of Jeff's attitude. Not good at all.

Went great- couldn't have asked for easier process. I helped my parents choose Encompass after they received a quote that was through the roof to have their screen enclosure repaired. The owner of the business grew up in the neighborhood my folks live in, so we were familiar with him, but my parents were not aware that he had an enclosure company. Anyhow, he charged them literally 1/10th what the previous company had quoted them & took care of it promptly. I'd say within a few days the repair was completed & it went smoothly. I am so grateful that he was able to handle the issue for them because the screen had a "square" at the top that had been hanging down for way too long & it's so nice to have it finally taken care of!

he came out, surveyed the "damage" (caused by wind), assessed the problem & came up with an economical way to fix it without costing me a fortune. Within a week, the repair was complete & i am so happy to have it done with! The droopy screen has been an eyesore for a while now & has withstood the storms so far this summer.
