Rob and Elite Floors is a top notch professional company reasonably priced. He always answers his phone and returns all calls. Does what he promises and shows up when scheduled. He and his four man crew show up skilled, prepared and ready to work. They don't take smoke breaks and they're not on their phones. Rob does not micro manage as they each know their trade and work independently. Fit, finish, joinery and attention to detail and a high level of workmanship is what I demand and Elite Floor Co. nails it. They pick up the materials at the store on their way in so I don't have to deal with that and clean up during the job, then take away all the trash and empty boxes at the end. My particular job involved the application of self leveling concrete and two layers of hand troweled leveling cement just to blend everything in flush to enhance the finished product of LVP plank flooring. I estimated the job to take two and a half days. They were out by 7: pm on day one and wouldn't leave until every closet and cranny was precision fit and trimmed. They rehung the doors and Installed the appliances. At the end, he hands me the bill and I cut the check. He honors his price and never requires any money up front. I've been in the trades for 50 years and I require quality and absolute perfection. Many contractors can't work for me because of that. Here's the Rub, my only criteria is: You have to be better than Me! Simple as that. These guys are beyond that. I could only give them a 5.0 but they get a 10!

He is excellent at what he does. He has a lot of experience working with customers. He is a great listener for a customers concerns about there floors. He does have a lot of years experience working all over the country. He is respectful, helpful, reliable, dependable and knowledgeable with flooring and carpet. I would highly recommend him.
