After coming in to do the estimate Omar related that he may have to get a machine to scrape the floor to take off the glue that was left over from the previous (old) indoor /outdoor carpet install. He told me that they would manually scrape and acid wash the floor and if that didn't work they would rent a machine at additional cost. His team did a great job and did not require the machine.
The paint job was excellent. The walls and ceiling are all textured. They used a paint sprayer and brushes and exterior paint since there is no air conditioning in the garage. Looks great. The walls and ceiling took a day longer than planned due to weather. It was cool and raining when they started.
The epoxy paint on the garage floor looks fantastic. We can walk in from the beach and go inside without black dirt from the garage floor on our feet.
Omar was great at contact and messaging. His team arrived when they said they would (8 AM) and worked smart; giving the paint time to dry between coats and touch up. Omar did the final inspection and was tougher than I was in finding touch ups.
