Everything was fine...they came out when they had the appt...Got to work ...originally was only going to have the lanai powerwashed...then he showed me the driveway and sidewalk along with the rest of the house could need a good cleaning..

It all came out quite nice...  My home is only 1 yr old but it really brightened it up !!!

They did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

We have John come to our house about once a year to clean the windows and to power wash the house and lanai.  When he leaves, the windows actually gleam!  He does an excellent job of cleaning the windows without creating any mess.  I don't know how he does it.  He is also very careful around our cats to ensure that they don't get outside during the cleaning process.  The real miracle he works is in power washing our house and lanai.  Over time, the lanai develops some big dirt spots that look impossible to remove.  However, when John finishes, our house and lanai look brand new.  His prices are reasonable and his work excellent.  We would recommend Crystal Clear without hesitation.

John and his crew arrived and immediately began to work. Our lanai was particularly dirty and stained but they were able to get it clean as it was when it was new. Crystal Clear power washed the lanai deck and frame as well as the back of the house, which is what I asked them to do. We couldn't believe the difference when they were finished. Everything looked gorgeous. John even recommended someone to come and give us an estimate to make some repairs to our lanai, which we really appreciated.



John and his crew were thorough, professional and very considerate of our cats, making sure that all doors and windows were closed and the cats could not get out. This is very important to me because it shows that he really is concerned about those things that concern us.



We were charged $285 for the service, $140 to power wash the lanai and $145 to clean the windows. We felt that this was a very good price and we got value for the service provided.



We are happy to recommend Crystal Clear and John Spina to our neighbors and friends.

He is very personable and he did the job very well. Once in a while he forgets that I had booked him ahead and sometimes he forgets the date and I will have to recall him but other than that I would rate him high. I schedule him every six months. I think his price is fair as I have lot of windows.
