Charlie has done a great job for quite a few of my clients. I called yesterday to have him fix/replace 2 leaking outside hose bib spigots at my home. He came out today and fixed one at no charge and replaced the other at a very reasonable price. Kristi, the office administrator, is also so friendly and accommodating. A business with integrity that I'm honored to recommend.

Called for service late in morning and specialist showed on time as promised. Job was done to perfection including correcting problems not reported. The work area was cleaned thoroughly - and the price was very reasonable for the tasks completed.

Charlie’s Plumbing called to say the heating element was bad and that it could be replaced but since the heater was over 13 years old he recommended a new heater. I agreed to the new heater which was promptly installed and the leaking valve replaced. The tenant called again to say there was still no hot water. To cut a long story short, the problem was a bad timer! A new hot water heater was not needed. Also the replaced valve was still leaking but at one of the pipe joints that he had just done. Shoddy work all around and with my additional costs I’m out of pocket close to $1,000.

Fixed immediately and cost effectively. Explained importance of replacing flappers regularly. Then we had Charlie provide us replacement toilet seats. Everything was well explained and priced reasonably. Highly recommend.

Great! I called about 10:30 am to set up a service call. I left a message, and call was returned very fast. I explained my problem, and she said she would contact Charlie, and get right back with me. She called about 20 min. later and said someone would be out shortly after 12:30. At 12:40 Matthew arrived, assessed what was needed, and went to work. He had to chip out some concrete, repair the pipe, and replace faucet. He then patched concrete. He completed the job and was on his way by 2:30. 4 HOURS from initial call to complete job!!! GREAT SERVICE!! Price was reasonable. Will definitely call for any future plumbing problems!

Arrived very close to appointment time. Charlie came with another to help with install.......had me take back water line hose I was sold because he said it was not metal (as I was told it was).....so he installed metal braided line. Took almost 1 1/2 hours........CLEANED UP EVERYTHING and dishwasher aligned perfectly. Answered all my questions. They took their time and I was extremely pleased. WILL HIRE HIM FOR ANY AND ALL PLUMBING WORK I NEED! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Although, I live in other state, we have discussed the problem over the phone and came to conclusion what has to be done. Charlie went to do this job the same day in very professional manner. After he fixed the issue, he has send me some pictures to show me what was wrong with the toilet. Thank you, Charlie very good job.

We called and was told that Charlie was just finishing up a call in the P section and would head over to us, in the R section, when they were done. 45 minutes later Charlie and Matt arrived and within 30 minutes had our problem repaired. Both Charlie and Matt were the utmost professionals. There now on our list of go to tradesmen. Thanks for your help.

They chipped out the outside wall in a neat small circle to expose the pvc pipe.
They then fixed it and attached a new faucet.
They then cemented the outside wall to close the hole, taking care to match the stucco pattern of the surrounding wall.
They were clean cut and courteous.
Would definitely call them before anyone.
