We were very happy with the results. Charlie had the plumbing knowledge and knew exactly what to do. We had not purchased the correct valves and Charlie went into his tool chest of many parts and luckily pulled out the pieces that was needed so that we didn't have to run out to the local hardware store which we later found out was a piece that would have to have been ordered in which we would have had to reschedule the install for a later date. The quote we received over the phone is what we paid following the completion of the work. After two hours we had a full functioning kitchen.

They were professional, honest, thorough, and solved problems that I have been dealing with for quite some time. It is a wonderful thing to finally have a hot shower. It went great, he did arrrive about 15 minutes late, but that was not a problem for me. He made up for it by very quick, fast and efficient work. He gave me some good tips on how to properly take care of a garbage disposal and what NOT to put down it.

I called Friday morning around 10AM and was informed Charlie would arrive around 4PM. At 4PM Charlie and his helper Matthew arrived. After listening to our explanations of what repair was needed they inspected both the kitchen sink and the toilet. Charlie gave me an estimate of $170 to $200 depending on the severity of the toilet issue. I agreed and they went to work immediately. Matthew repaired the toilet while Charlie repaired the kitchen sink. They were friendly and professional and when the work was completed Charlie gave me a bill for $170 even though the issued with the toilet was more than expected. I will definitely use Charlie's Professional Plumbing whenever I have plumbing needs. He also told us his work was guaranteed for a full year.

The original shutoff was a gate valve with copper plumbing projecting from our cinderblock garage wall near the overhead door. I always knew something sticking out like this was an accident waiting to happen, and sure enough hooked it with the wheel well of the car and ripped the thin copper plumbing open. A gusher. We got the water off at the meter, but were in a pickle with no house water. We'd left a message, got called back around 8 a.m., he fit us in to his schedule and was over by 9 or so, gave us an estimate over the phone when we described what we'd already done (basically cleared the mortar from around the pipes), and stuck to it even though there was more demolition to do to reach clean copper for the new install. Very neat professional work, and kept the valve close to the wall so that future problems could be avoided. Can't thank him enough!

Charlie's Plumbing installed a new double tub stainless steel sink as well as a new brushed stainless steel faucet set. They also installed a new garbage disposal. It was done quickly and efficiently and they cleaned up after they were done. I would certainly use them again for any plumbing work I require.

They were very good, I'm very happy with Charlie. He's the only one I contacted on Angie's List. We like the quality of his work and also his personality, he's a very nice person. He did one area for free, it's the pipes under the sink and it was no charge, and I think it was very fair. He's a very nice person.
