Charlie has been doing the plumbing for my elderly parents for many years. He gets there quickly, does a great job and is fairly priced. I am never there to supervise and he takes great care of my parents plumbing needs. Best of all, I feel that I can trust him.

Charlie the Plumber came highly recommended to us to replace our kitchen sink and faucet.  We found Charlie and his assistant, Matt, to be highly efficient and professional, however, as impressed as we were with their work ethics and great personalities we discovered a trait none of us normally see nowadays, integrity. 

Charlie is a Certified Master Plumber and made sure his work for us was the best anyone could ask for.  I highly respect Charlie's concern that quality underlines his reputation.

My friends, if you are looking for an honest Master Plumber with integrity and time honored work ethics then stop right here and call Charlie.  You'll be making the right decision.

I called at about 2 in the afternoon and Charlie and his helper were here by 5. One took care of the shower in the bathroom while the other took care of the kitchen sink. They were extremely fast and efficient and were done in less than 30 minutes. This is the third time I have used them and I would highly recommend them, their price is fare, the work is excellent, their responsiveness is exceptionally fast.

I called on 6/29 to explain my needs and schedule an appointment.  To my surprise, I was given an appointment for the very next day.  I was updated from the main office on the arrival to my home in view of a prior job which took longer than expected. 

Charlie arrived with Matt and OMG!!....the professionalism was off the charts.  Charlie reviewed all of my 'jobs' and then started to work.  Along with Matt, they did an incredible job.  Here are the main points:

 - professional - in their presentation and in explaining the process/mechanisms of my new fixtures.  Charlie is an expert - enough said!  

 - punctual - need I say more

 - courteous - prior to (telephone scheduling) and during the entire appointment.  Great personality, friendly and patient 

 - thorough - definite experts who completed the 'jobs' and took the extra time to clean up and ensure I was comfortable with the operation of the new fixtures

I was thoroughly surprised... thoroughly pleased and there is no doubt I will call Charlie's if I am ever in need of plumbing services in the future.

Very pleased with prompt, courteous and professional service, all performed at a fair price.  Charlie is now my new plumber and would highly recommend him. 

Started a kitchen reno this morning.  Upon removing the sink cabinet, noticed that the shut-off valve was leaking.  Called Charlie's Professional Plumbing and within one hour the leaky valve (plus three others just to be on the safe side!) had been replaced.  Professional, knowledgeable, courteous plumber, and an extremely good value.  Will not hesitate to recommend Charlie's to neighbors and friends.

Very, very well.  Prompt, professional and most of all did not recommend unnecessary parts/work.  I am very pleased and will use Charlie again if the need arises.

Charlie was such a nice person overall! He knew his stuff and what to do and was done in 20 - 30 minutes with everything working the way it should. I will put his sticker on my garbage disposal and the water heater in the event there are any problems! I like that Charlie's Professional Plumbing is in Palm Coast and responds by phone almost immediately. Great guy to work with, a definite professional!

We were extremely happy with him. We had our drain disclogged, the one that we were washing dishes in the sink, the drain was clogged up. We had excellent service. He came and fix it right away and he didn't look for anything that would be expensive that would be extra like you don't need what you don't need. So, we were extremely pleased with him. We thought that was really wonderful that he appeared in our door right away and fixed it real fast and so my husband gave him a tip. He doesn't look for ways for himself to make money. He looks for what is the most efficient way. He is extremely honest and we were happy with that. But sometimes people on business don't necessarily lie to you but they are looking for what is next to them with the most money and never mind whether you can afford it but he is not that kind of person. He had a partner and the two of them worked together and it was just about 10 minutes that was all over with. I will certainly use him again in the future and I recommended him to other people.

Called about replacing my hot water heater because it was not working properly and was 22 years old. Charlie came out and had a new tank installed in about an hour!! Excellent service and very professional. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs plumbing service.

Although I had to wait til 7pm for Charlie and crew to arrive (I called at 10am but only had an hour and a half to wait and then would be back at 3p). Their office staff updated me constantly as to what was up and why they were held up. They determined that the wax ring under toilet was very bad and likely the source of the water leak. They cleaned the old wax ring off the floor and reset toilet with a new ring and caulked around bottom of toilet. They also cleaned out the upper tank of the toilet as it had old 'blue' tablets that had not totally dissolved and suggested not using them or chlorine ones as they can plug up the water dispensing holes and/or damage the inner workings. Both Charlie and Matt per professional and quick about their work. they left the area clean as well. I would call them again, for sure!
