The best! They retrieved my car the same day and called me to come and go over the repairs. Started working on my car the next day. There was a lot of work and it was done as quick as possible. The car came out like new and the paint job was beautiful. They called me almost every day as to the progress. I would recommend them to anyone. It did not go well. I explained that I had scheduled my 10:00 am appointment to have an estimate done for the damages and that my wife and I were going to get at least two of these and review them before making repairs. Jamie did not want to hear this at all and kept going back questions about my insurance company and making a claim. I became very frustrated with this ordeal and instructed her to do the damage estimate as if there was no insurance company and that I will pay for the damages out of pocket (which we may very well due). After rolling her eyes and making a bunch of weird blank stares at me, she finally agreed to do her job. Anyway, I did actually receive an estimate for repairing the damages. No one ever put my vehicle up on a lift (even though I explained that a majority of the damage was under the bumper (other driver crashed into my trailer hitch). So, this estimate is probably not very sound. Oh yea and shocker its VERY high compared to other estimates I received! Like there is over $1,000.00 difference in price. Why even let me make an appointment for an estimate if you are going to do the following? 1. Treat the customer badly. 2. Over estimate the damages without even putting the vehicle on the lift to properly inspect it. 3. Waste the customers time. I will answer this question for Caliber Collision. The answer is that they are very focused on maximizing the insurance claims on each and every damaged vehicle. So, if you are a customer that is even thinking about not doing a claim... don't waste your time!

I have car insurance and the co-pay was $250. They were giving good service. I don't have any issues.

I took my 2000 Lexus RX300 there for crash repair. Paint and body work was horrendous! I was very specific with the owner about the quality that was desired as the car was in perfect condition prior to the crash (sideswiped left side). He assured me that I would receive quality work. When I arrived to pick up the car I almost choked. I had to take the car to Celico Auto Body (I should have went there in the first place) to get it done right.  AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice people and they did an excellent job repairing the hole in my bumper. The paint matches perfectly. You would never know it was ever damaged.

I have some experience in auto body work and more so in auto repairs.

I have a 2002 Vehicle that has some rust ahead of both the back wheel wells, but I still need to keep it for sometime yet, so I was willing to pay whatever amount was necessary to fix it up professionally and properly. (I set no limit on the budget thinking it may be as high as 3,000.00 or more)

I visited this establishment on two occasions to try and obtain an estimate and then have the work done as soon as possible.

Both occasions it seemed strange  that I was asked to sit and to wait for quite some time by the receptionist, while the manager sat in the next room at a desk, yet  no other customers appeared present.

The first time I assumed he was finishing some PC work, but as you will see below, that could hardly seem  the case with my second visit.

On the first occasion I was told if I could find and purchase the 2 repair panels necessary, ( which task they do not usually handle,  and which at that time seemed a bit strange for a body "repair" shop), it would save on  repair costs and allow the shop to make a better repair.

So I ordered and purchased the two small  panels online @ 160.00 , and returned to obtain a written estimate, once I had them.

On the second visit  I was later told by another employee, the phone and the computer system were down, so I would be E-mailed the estimate based on notes taken by the manager.

I did not however see the Manager take any notes and after his only briefly looking a the panels and indicating they were ok, the Manager seemed to start to deal with other persons about the yard, and then answer his cell phone and then sent the other  person over to finish taking my name and E-mail address, saying I would receive the estimate via E-mail.

So after two good faith visits, and purchasing the panels as suggested at 160.00 , I called again today after about a week to try and obtain the promised estimate.

I was told the manager was in a meeting and would have to get back to me. I was not allowed to speak to any other persons, and still have not received  a call back since, as promised.

I requested the receptionist at least let me know if they are not interested in doing the work, which now seems the only conclusion I can draw from such a bad customer service experience.

If they are perhaps not an actual auto body repair shop, and only do new part bolt on replacement collision parts,  they need only have politely told me they were not interested the first time I drove in.

Although I was quiet and patient through this process just requesting firmly at least an explanation yesterday when calling, I simply cannot explain the run around to date.

How could they possibly have the A reviews on Angie's list.

I'll just chalk this one up to perhaps avoiding a worse yet experience.

I can only imagine how long I would be waiting for answers,  if I had let them take the car and then start the repairs?

Sorry.  Short on details.  They did the job at the price they estimated and the finished job looked good.

Excellent service.  We were managing the repair for dad, who is 92.  We were there to drop the car off, but, left to go back to our home out of state before the repair was complete.  We were told that the repairs would take from 7 to 10 days to complete.  Repairs were completed within that time frame and they worked with the insurance company and rental car company  to make sure that everything went smoothly with insurance coverage.  They also kept us up to date on progress of the repair during the week.   Understanding that only part of the repair would be covered by insurance, they tried to find used parts in good condition to try and keep the costs down for us.  We appreciated their efforts. When dad got the car back, he reported that  it almost looked brand new - inside and out.  They detailed the car and it looked great. We would definitely go back here for service. Couldn't have been happier with the experience.

These guys do great work. I would definitely use them again.
