I spoke with Ken a few times on the phone and e:mail just to get a sense of his knowledge and business.  He seemed knowledgable so I went ahead and scheduled the work.  He immediately knew the issue and quickly repaired.  He was very pleasant to speak with and I felt like I could trust him.

Called Ken on a Tuesday morning. He suggested bringing it to his shop for the fastest most economical repair. Got it back the next day. Not only did Ken fix the problem, but did a virus scan and made performance improvements.

Excellent service and communication.  Went over and above to make sure that our laptop was not only running again - but running like it was new!  Can't say enough about the fast friendly service that was provided for what I feel is an excellent price.

Ken was Excellent and took care of all the computer issues needed to be addressed and more.  Ken exceeded my expectations.  We will use Ken for all our future Computer related issues.

Took computer in on Thursday, afternoon, called me Saturday morning to say its done. all work done perfectly. all work was explained to me. Ken went about and beyond all expectations. good, honest business. excellent prices.

Ken quickly found a hidden switch on the machine. Apparently it had been turned off accidentally. He charged a negligible fee for this service.

We then mentioned that we needed a used machine to employ as NAS (Network Access Server). He sold us a used multi-cpu mini-tower Dell Optiplex with a small footprint for just $100. The machine is in like-new condition and does the job perfectly at an unbeatable price.

Ken tried different approaches to retrieving the deleted files, with different software, and spent a few hours on it. The attempt was not successful, as the space had already been overwritten. But his methods showed professionalism as well as expertise in Windows.

It was a relatively small work.  I have a positive feedback on them.  The quality of their work and value of their work was excellent.  The punctuality was a little bit of an issue.  They seemed to be trustworthy.  They returned the parts that had a problem.  They seemed like a good and reasonable company.

My computer system failed to "boot up" Tuesday evening Aug.11..I called a few "listed" computer repair companies and found that BROKN Computer Services and Repairs was just a mile from my home in a nearby neighborhood.Ken answered the phone and invited me to come to his home- based shop with my "tower".He spent an hour with me while quickly checking out the unit.He quoted me a price to repair the unit explaining what he was going to do.I found the estimate to be very reasonable for the work that he described as necessary. The time for repair was also accepted as reasonable.The schedule was met and the resulting product was first class.I highly recommend his work and would use his services again in a heartbeat.
