Terrible experience with this company. I own a vacation rental in St Augustine Beach. After coming into town, I found out that Jen had been doing a less than desirable job with the cleaning. I found a used bar of soap in the bathroom, a used wet towel under the vanity, bugs and hair behind the daybed in the master bedroom and a used bandaid under the master bed. I reached out to Jen with my findings and advised her to please watch out for these things in the future. Instead of accepting responsibility for the poor cleaning job, she replied with the following (this is a direct copy and paste from the text thread) “What Sounds to me like you want to have someone else? I give a 100 💯 every time I’m there and drop everything if you need me or my husband anytime even on a holiday? I often bring laundry home and wash it in my own washer, because there’s so much of it I’m not complaining” I then advised her that my intentions were not to hire someone else, but if I was going to continue to use her service, she would need to be able to accept feedback. This is Jen’s direct reply to me and I quote (this is also a direct copy and paste from the text thread) “ “My apologies, You caught me on an awful awful day where I was. Convinced everyone was out to get me! I plan on being there in the 30th Have dentist in the morning so around lunchtime +\- Washer and dryer is definitely an issue” The last issue I had with Jen was when I reached out to her to see it she could be flexible and changing a cleaning date and time for me. I told her that if she could not change the cleaning date and time that is was no big deal at all. I was just simply checking. This angered her so much that my wife and I had reached out that texted my wife the morning of the scheduled cleaning and advised that she “would not be coming to clean the condo anymore”. We literally had another guest checking in at 4pm that same day, which put us in a huge bind. She was extremely rude and unprofessional to my wife and I don’t know about you, but someone who goes around thinking that “Everyone is out to get them” has a serious problem. Additionally, a company that can’t accept responsibility for lackluster cleaning and can’t accept feedback shouldn’t be in business.

She raises the bar for a house cleaning service. Meticulous, friendly and most importantly trust worthy.
