The owner not a sales man comes to your home for a free estimate on a no commission basis. Very pleased with blinds, had installed 2 yrs ago. Small issue with brace which they replaced without any problem. Recently were very nice and sent us replacement pieces for cords. Would recommend. Pleasant and professional, do a good job.

Excellent and professional service by the man that came to do measurements. He also provided paper accordion blinds to cover the windows awaiting the construction of shutters. Nice added extra. Two men that installed the shutters also Excellent and professional. My only concern is that black screws were used to screw in the frame and when sitting on my couch or chair I can see these screws through the small crack between frame and shutters. My suggestion is that white screws should be used.

The whole process was seamless. They came to measure and covered their shoes before walking in our home. Gave an estimate immediately after measuring and we picked the product we wanted. Installation was fast, efficient and the work was quality! Highly recommend Blinds by Jason!

Hired Blinds & Plantation Shutters to replace window treatments in my home. All windows except the sliding glass door and kitchen window were replaced (we had replaced these a few years ago). Had a few bumps in the road after the estimate as the employee who did the estimate left the company but Jason handled everything professionally. We had our window treatments replaced in July 2018. The installers worked quickly and efficiently and were done is less than 90 minutes. About a month later one of the window treatments had a maintenance issue and Jason had someone out in less than a week to resolve at no charge.

Very well. My only suggestion would be for installers to have a small shop vac to use while drilling holes to minimize dust. Also frayed edges should be sealed at factory.

We do carry vacumes and i apoligize about the freays we now heat the ends to harden the sides at the factory, we really appreciate your review and will tighten up the dust issue,and would be more than happy to send them back to button upAL R.

Excellent work by Matt and Nate. Initial quote by Jason who assured that his work shall have a lifetime warranty... he was very polite, professional and punctual and I have to say that I was impressed by the work performed and the end finished product. JUST SUPERB!!

This is the 3rd time that I have used Blinds & Plantation Shutters by Jason. I am doing the window treatments for my new house a little at a time. Jason comes right out to give an estimate and, after you place the order, he gives you the installation date. They have always shown up on the date scheduled. Jason is very professional and so is his team of installers. I was very impressed with Nathan and Sam who called before coming, did an impeccable job installing and left everything clean.

From the original person coming to provide estimate and to take measurements, until the day the job was finished, we could not have been happier or more satisfied with the outcome. We had used another company before and the difference between them and Blinds by Jason was significant. We did encounter one slight snag as measurements were incorrect for one of the windows. This was addressed quickly and a follow up installation was scheduled for one week later. This was NOT a huge problem as the mistake and subsequent follow up and completion of the job was handled professionally and courteously. Both times, the installers were respectful, considerate, and truly seemed to enjoy doing what they do. We want to specifically call out Nathan and Sam who were with us today and finished the installation. We cannot express how terrific the overall experience was and would definitely recommend this company to others.

They were all very professional, courteous, and respectful while they were in our home. They all provided stellar service. They did an excellent job with the installation and explained how to care for the blinds. Daniel made sure that we understood how to operate the blinds with ease and care and answered all of our questions. Our home has an elegant and clean look with these shutters. It went great! They arrived earlier than expected. Daniel & Matt were friendly, professional and did a great job in about 20 minutes. I would hire again. Each shades was $125 and I got 4 for a total of $500 plus $35 for tax. I got 2 other estimates and they were both over $1,000. Why pay that much for outside shades.

The company delivered on time. Did all they promised to do at the price they presented at our first conference. The young men who installed the blinds were protective of my newly painted walls and carpet. When they left, there was no clean up necessary from me.

Jason and his staff were excellent. They were very quick to respond by phone and text. I had scheduling issues due to travel but Jason and Devin were extremely accommodating. They bent over backwards to fit my time frame. The blinds are beautiful and my husband was so happy with the great prices. The young men who did the installation were terrific. This company from beginning to finish was exemplary! The owner came to my house performed measurements and estimate, set install date before leaving and to the day punctual. Their install team arrived on time and were curteous, professional and above all else extremely friendly. You must hire this company.
