+ -1 moreTHIS CONTRACTOR MOWS THE YARD USUALLY PER THE CONTRACT AND EDGES THE DRIVEWAY AND PLANTBEDS AS NECESSARY. DUE TO THE RAINY SEASON, HE OFTEN GETS BACKED UP. DURING THE OFFSEASON, HE MAINTAINS THE GRASS AT 1 1/2 INCHES.
Description of Work: THE CONTRACTOR WILL MOW ALL TURF AREAS EVERY TEN DAYS DURING SEASON, AND AS NEEDED, IN OFFSEASON.
