Ken was the nicest guy. It took him no time at all to get our keys working on our new houseâ s locks. Then he tackled the lock on my deceased fatherâ s Craftsman tool big box (whatever they are called). He caught that our back door lock was installed upside down and fixed it. He then offered to fix our rather sticky front door. I would highly recommend his servicess.

Ken answered a call for help from needing help installing hardware on the front door of my son's house. The old lock fell apart locking my son inside. After he finally removed the old lock & purchased new hardware he found the new hardware didn't fit & needed the door drilled. Ken, on a late Sunday afternoon came out & installed the new hardware before it got dark so the house was secured. Ken was so nice & courteous. He went above & beyond on a late weekend call. We appreciated him so so much.
