The owner, Dieter McGuire did a great job of pointing out every detail of our potential house.  He was extremely thorough and addressed items that I never would have guessed could be found in a three hour home inspection.  After sending us the report, he went over it on the phone to make sure we understood everything on the report, and very thoroughly explained all of the items that we had specific concerns about.  He responded to our request within hours and went out the same week.  He coordinated directly with our Real Estate Agent and kept us up to date throughout the whole process.  His report included pictures of items that were mentioned, and he offered to send the remainder of the pictures on a disk (over 100 high resolution pics).  Dieter was nothing short of highly professional and accommodating.  I would definitely use him again.  He really went out of his way to make sure we were happy.
