Pool and Spa Servicing
I offered to pay at the time of service with checkbook in my hand. He said he trusted me to pay later, and left. No invoice arrived in the mail. Before 30 days passed from the time of service, I received a legal notice that he filed a contractor's lien on my home, without even calling or sending an invoice. According to his secretary, Mr. Ellis's policy is to not speak to customers on the phone. He refused to discuss the issue with me. I had to pay to have the lien removed. Within 60 days my pool was leaking again. I hired a different repair service and I've not problems since.
