Should have been an easy hot water replacement, but it turned into a constant up sell and problems. Kept finding issues I felt were not issues.  Kept finding problems, that later after some research, we're not.  Felt helpless since my family had no hot water.

what was supposed to be 750$.  Turned into $1200.!!!

He has previously done work for us by replaced major Gas line to our Whole House Gas generator and also replaced Our Gas fired Hot water tank. He also returns to check & test all new installed equipment.

They removed the water heater and drywall behind the water heater and replaced the pipes that were leaking . They then replaced the drywall behind the water heater and the water heater. They did a very good job and were very efficient in the time it took them to do the job. I thought they were very reasonable with the price.

I called them and told them what I wanted to do --asked about rebates.  They set up an appt.  He came over, gave me a quote, gave me a start date.  Did the work and even came back and inspected it after PSL did!!   I have one room that is always hot and he redirected the flow  to take care of that.  I did not expect to see a change in my a/c bill so fast.  My bill this time of year is typically $150 and it went down $50 --- and I run it all the time.  Keep it at 72 at night to sleep and cuddle up in my blankets.  You will never regret hiring them for the job.

They are authorized gas service plumbers, and they were recommended by a gas company.  I called a provider on Angie’s List who explained they don’t do gas company, so this is a valuable find.  There was a rebate by the gas company, which they took care of.  I called them, and they had all the answers.  They were very prompt and very professional.  They came out rapidly and installed it.  They did everything they were supposed to do at the price they said they would do.  They supplied everything and left the place nice and clean.
