Not terribly big tree but they did a good job.

PERFECT! We have two Royal Palms that need to be trimmed at least twice a year as well as after hurricanes, big wind storms etc. Tropical Palms came over to review the job within 5 minutes of my calling! They checked the trees, one of which had been damaged following the recent hurricane, and said what they would do. The following day, they were here a little after 8AM and finished the job...start to finish....in 30 minutes. Everything was hauled away and the trees look wonderful! I can't stress how great it was to meet the Harveys. They are professional, personable, and knowledgeable! Would we recommend them to other customers who need anything done with their trees? ABSOLUTELY! They deserve the A rating without a doubt! And you can't beat their pricing! We are very happy campers! :-)

Outstanding. They not only did an amazing job, but they did it quickly, and for much less than other quotes. I will definitely use them again, and unhesitatingly recommend.

They did an awesome job. Tammy is so sweet and professional and the trees look beautiful. I would certainly recommend them and use them again. Because they are so good at what they do, their schedule is quite booked. Give them at least a month's notice and be patient - they are worth it.

They were amazing from the getgo. Tim and Tammy were so pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. My yard looks beautiful! A complete transformation!

I phoned Tammy morning of 7/7/2015 and left message requesting an estimate to remove it. She phoned back very quickly and said they would be out that day to take a look.  We had plans that afternoon, so I asked if she would just phone and leave a message. When we returned, she had called back with an estimate of $100 and saying they could remove it the following morning.  I phoned back and left another message to let her know to go ahead and proceed with the work. She sent four of her folks out here today at 8 AM and it was all gone within half an hour. She's sending us a bill.  All of this and didn't even talk to human, just via messages. I highly recommend Tropical Palms Tree Trimmings and for sure will be contacting them again for any other service we may be needing and with five acres, no doubt there will be more. P.S. I called another provider and haven't even got a call back yet.

Tami and her team were superb.  They were totally honest with every detail, and never tried to sell us on more than we actually needed.  They were punctual, VERY clean in their work, and totally professional in every sense of the word.  Even went as far as to cover our landscape lights with trash cans!

I've used this company numerous times and every time it has been an experience beyond expectations. Not only do they do an amazing quality of work, but they just run their company the right way.  Working with Tim and Tammy was as easy as one could hope, and the whole process was amazing.  This last time they absolutely transformed the property from an overgrown jungle to a million dollar landscape. I couldn't imagine a better experience anywhere else and will absolutely be using them again for future work.

This company was very helpful, well valued and they were particular accommodating to our scheduling needs.

Tammy and Tim are so professional, as are their workers.  Arrived on time, worked seamlessly, and a difficult job went extremely well.  Tammy and Tim went out of their way to make sure all was satisfactory, and accommodated my requests with smiles!

Excellent follow up and scheduling. I have used them once before with excellent results. They gave a very good estimate, cut the trees to the ground, removed everything and cleaned up the area. They had a small space to work in as it was between the sidewalk, driveway and house. They were very careful, no damage to anything. I can be fussy about services I receive, but they did great work both times. I've already recommended them to neighbors as we have many palms dying of the yellowing disease. RR

The job went great. Called Tammy and Tim early in the week, and they were able to accommodate my needs at the end of the same week. They were on time, professional, the job looks great. All the guys seemed to know what they were doing, very polite and professional. Was nice to find a company that actually did what they were supposed to do and showed work ethic. As usual they did a super job. I have lived here over twenty years and have never had anyone as good as Tammy and Tim. If you want your palm trees to look professionally trimmed, like on a golf course, this is your very best bet. My neighbors have asked who did my trees and now they use them too.

This is my 2ND YEAR using this company. I am as pleased this time as I was the first time.  They are very professional.  The mess from the trimming was cleaned as if no one was ever there.  I will use them again in the future.

Tammy returned my call immediately and we made plans for her to come out and do an estimate.  They came, gave me the estimate, I accepted and they were back out within a week.  They were extremely professional as were all of their crew.  I was very pleased with the end result and will use them whenever I have tree work needed to be done. I have referred them to several of my friends of which two will use right away.  I recommend them for any tree work you may need.

These guys are total professionals and quickly got the job done and took all the tree debris with them leaving my property as clean as they found it. I will always call them for tree trimming services in the future.

From the beginning this was an easy process. I sent an email on the weekend and Tammy called me promptly back and scheduled the estimate for the next day. We recently purchased the property and the large trees had not been trimmed in years and were hanging over the house and property line.
Tammy and her foreman came out and met with my husband and after doing 2 yard walk thrus gave a complete estimate outlining all the work to be completed. The 4 man crew showed up at the scheduled time, even in the rain from the tropical storm and worked very hard for 3 full days. They cleaned up the property completely every day.
Tammy returned at the end of the job and did a walk thru again with my husband to make sure he was happy with the work. When he mentioned one tree he wanted cut back more the team fixed it right then. We are very happy with the work and recommend this company very highly. Our yard looks great!

It was great. They showed up on the date and time they gave us at the time of the quote.  they took down a fence to remove the tree and put everything back up.  Clean up was great.

Tropical Palms did a fantastic job cutting down the palm trees. All debris was hauled away leaving not mess what so ever. I highly recommend them!

Very prompt and excellent follow through. I was looking for a price of $100, but I've had no experience hiring a tree trimmer before.
