During one of the most rainy January and February we can recall in the past few years, we discovered we had quite a leak in our roof. (Happy New Year). We checked out a list of roofers from our homeowners association, and decided on Total Roofing Specialists. We called TRS, told them of our leaky situation, they responded quickly, installing tarps to temporarily stop the leak. We then contracted with TRS for the permanent job, removal of the old tile roof and replacement with a new metal roof. After a county permit was secured and deposit paid, TRS commenced work as to the agreed schedule, stayed on schedule, cleaned up every evening so we had access to the driveway and house, and completed the job as scheduled. Juan, Jesus, Jose , and especially Jenny, were a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend them to others to do business with. A job well done!
