I called a dozen or so companies in the West Palm, Jupiter, Tequesta area. The answering service connected me with the on call tech, Marty on a Sunday. We were able to get on the schedule first thing Monday morning. They were able to get the job done the same day. The other companies I called were charging between $500 - $1,000 additional because of the location of the water heater in the crawl space. TPC was very fair and looked at the job, concluded it wasn't going to be as difficult and only charged $150 for the access fee. Highly recommend this company for their price and quality of work.

Very well. had one issue come up after the install and they were very prompt in coming back and making a change. We've used them before to install a new water heater and change out bathroom sinks. They are very reasonable and do not try to sell us more than we need.

For us, it was wonderful! For the plumber, Chris, probably not so much. We asked for installation of new, higher toilet in our guest bathroom. After removing the old and preparing to install, the specific one we ordered, he found that the bathroom door would not close without scraping the toilet. He offered to move the placement so it would fit, but we opted for a new, short toilet. There is much more to the story, but rather than continue, please take our assurance that this is an outstanding company with very knowledgeable and helpful employees.
