Been using Alex and his crew for 5 months now. They do a great job and when you ask to get something extra done , they get on it as soon as possible. Having house painted and needed to get about a 2 ft area all the way around the house landscaping cleared for the painters. They came over this morning and did a great job. Were fast and cleaned up after themselves. Great Job!!!

This has been a great experience. Alex's team has been servicing my yard for 1.5 years. It always looks good and the guys always do extras such as blow leaves off the deck and porch. I highly recommend this company!

We decided that one project at a time was the best plan of attack, which is no easy task when starting at the beginning of rainy season. We have Brazilian Peppers, Creepers and Elephant Ears taking over the property, but Alex and his team are fighting back!
It's only been a month but the place is starting to return to it's former glory.
Alex is professional and responds immediately to text messages and phone calls. I am so glad we found him on Angie's List.

EXCELLENT. They did a very good job in which they started and completed it within the timeframe promised. His team completed the job in a professional and timely manner and at a very fair price. I would most definitely use them again and confidently recommend them to anyone needing any type of landscape work done. The neighbors at the party raved about how good my landscape looked and was very impressed. Thank You ALEX for everything, you guys are GREAT!

Alex and his team are very nice and do great work. I feel comfortable with them. There was one time I asked that they please remember to blow off the patio from our work shed (there is a messy oak tree planted there). They took note and the patio is blown clean each visit.

I'm happy with my experience with this company. I've never actually met anyone from the company as I live out of town. But I contact them here and there either through email or text message and the owner always responds promptly and he is very courteous. I've spoken to him on the phone once and he was extremely pleasant as well and easy to work with. Whenever I come down to visit and check on my place it is always looking great...I'm glad to know my property is being cared for...I know how quickly nature can take over down in Florida. My wife found these guys on Facebook and set up an estimate. She was impressed so we decided to give it try. We signed up 6 months ago and have been very happy. Our yard is in great shape and not aomething we worry about anymore. Well operated company.

We had seen The Mednick Landscape Company in our neighborhood working on other properties and being we were not so happy with our current service we decided to give them a call. Very glad we did! Alex, the owner is a great guy, conscientious and responds to my calls. We discussed some of the reasons of my displeasure with the prior company and he has been sure to take care of those items and has followed up with me to be sure I was happy with that work and all of his work overall. The yard looks great and I know we don't have to worry about it! I would highly recommend Alex and The Mednick Landscape Company.

Can't say enough good things about Alex and his lawn care service. Our front and back yard was in horrible shape before we called. Working all the time = not having time for things at home.
I called him on an afternoon. He was super friendly. He said he could meet me the next morning and possibly do the work that day. He met me the next morning 10 minutes early, was friendly and personable, told me what needed to happen... and did ALL the work that same day. I came home from work and everything looked perfect. Just an amazing job all around.
Then, to top it off, he called me that evening to check in and make sure I was satisfied. Alex and his people are worth it, no joke. I'm going to keep using them for weekly maintenance just because I know they can easily keep the quality work they've done in good shape. They quoted me a modest monthly rate, so it was a no-brainer.
If you need any yard work or lawn service done, call him. You won't be sorry.

Vendor did not perform services I paid for, for over a year. When the gap was pointed out some minor work was done but they indicated nothing they committed to do and were paid for would be done going forward. Nearly $1k in extra payments were pocketed with no additional services having been provided. They admitted it was oversight and that the market rate changed since my agreement. I'm now paying multiple companies to do what they didnt. Needless to say I cancelled their services. Buyer Beware!

"At Mednick Landscape it is always our top priority to ensure that all of our customers are happy. We regret that we were unable to do so in this case. We put our family name on all our company’s letter head, trucks, trailers and advertisements because we want to ensure that there is always accountability and pride in the work we deliver. We couldn’t think of anything more important than leaving a lasting impression with our clientele. We want them to say, “I wish more companies operated that way,” and Mednick Landscape will always bend over backwards to do so. Unfortunately, this mentality allows us to occasionally be taken advantage of, as in this case. We at first thought there was a genuine discrepancy between our understanding of the agreement and the clients’ understanding…so we provided a day’s worth of free labor to appease this and make everything right. When more demands were made for additional work that “needed to be done if our reputation meant anything”, we realized we were being taken advantage of and there was no misunderstanding of the contract. At this point we had to stand up for our company as we believe no one should be taken advantage of. At Mednick Landscape If there ever is an issue we want to solve it. Please refer to our A reviews for a better representation of the work we do."

Just bought a house on a large piece of property that needed an initial cleanup. Alex was prompt to come out and discuss our needs. He came out as scheduled the next day and performed the work we discussed. Alex is prompt, reliable, great communication, friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend him.

Alex does a great job on our lawn. He is very responsive to questions and feedback. He always keeps in touch with us about the service.
