It went wonderfully!!! This was a very stressful project that was a big surprise. The project was for the entire house. 2000 sq feet. We had to move out of our house, put every single thing in storage and relocate during the project. While all of that was very stressful the team from SR Construction made it as smooth as possible. They communicated weekly if not daily to the progress, provided pictures of the work performed. The team was helpful, kind and always working very hard. They went out of their way to insure that we were happy with things as the project had a few change orders as well. Would definitely use them again in the future!

SR Construction was great to deal with and their work was fantastic. Everything that could have been wrong with the house when I closed on it, was wrong with the house. So when they started getting into redoing kitchen and bathrooms, many jobs that should have been simple, were a bit of a problem. Throughout the process they kept me informed with what was an issue, what they would need to do to fix it, cost increase, if applicable and it was taken care of. As an example, the dishwasher was installed on the foundation of the house. Since I bought it it had a new marble floor installed on top of the existing floor, leaving the dishwasher 2 inches below flooring. They couldn't install new dishwasher unless they removed the granite counter OR cut legs off old dishwasher and removed 4 large squares of marble flooring. The most cost effective solution was to remove flooring and take off legs off old dishwasher to get new one in. This type of thing came up constantly because of the way way the house was built and maintened prior to me moving in. SR Construction kept me in the loop for each one, gave me alternatives to fixing them as well as cost and then I made the decision. This is just one of many examples. They also were there when they said they'd be there with the most professional and experienced employees. This was true from the guys that did the tear down to cabinetry, tile, bathroom installers and painters. They also used the best Electrical Company that tended to all of the electrical concerns. I was out of town on business through much of the work, but they put a lock box on the front door so they could access my house. I had no concerns about letting them in my house when I was not there. When I was out of town and they needed a decision, the manager of the job (who was excellent) would text, email and skype so that I could physically see what they were referring to. The quality of their work was extremely high. I love my new bathrooms and my partially renovated kitchen and all of the new paint colors throughout my house. As I walk through my new house I am overwhelmed by how nice it looks. I am comparing that sentiment to when I first moved in and all I kept saying was "what did I do. Why did I buy this house?!" Finally, they kept my place clean every day. They'd haul away the garbage a few times during the work and vacuumed and swept floors daily. The put plastic over anything that needed it to keep the dirt and dust to a minimum. They even changed my filters for me more frequently due to the amount of dust buildup. When the job was done, they had a cleaning service clean my house. Now if I could only get the rest of my boxes unpacked!

Great!! Very reliable in keeping all work on schedule, having great sub contractors on his staff, follow up was immediate, very detailed cost estimate for work and keeping to that! Well after his work was done, he has always been there with advice or a fix for any issue I may have with my home.

This is the second time using this company. That is the reason I called them this time. From the very first day Rick kept me up to date with my insurance claim. Very professional.

The first time I met Rick I was impressed by his knowledge. They came in and did the mold remediation first. Then had an inspector come out and did a mold test to make sure all the mold was gone. The remodeling of the bathroom came out beautiful. My wife and I where very pleased with the outcome.

Excellent, very professional, responded immediately. answered all questions openly. Service people were friendly and very helpful. They took steps to avoid making any unnecessary mess.

We are very fortunate that we hired SR Construction to complete renovations on our house as a result of water and mold damage. We spent a great deal of time and resources designing and building our home. And we are very particular to the level of craftsmanship required to fix those damages. The contractors' communication with us was paramount. They gave us a schedule for the project, starting from the first day thru completion. SR actually completed the project on time and on budget, as promised. Everyone from the owner, project manager, to the office personnel were personable, clean and addressed all of our questions and in a professional and timely manner. Without a doubt, I would recommend this contractor to anyone and have many times to our friends. Absolutely exceeded our expectations.

The job went very well. The different crews came when expected did great work and cleaned up after each day. All men were extremely professional and all did outstanding workmanship. The owner Ryan was always available to talk to and came by during the job to check on progress. I would recommend this company and use them again if needed.

From the first meeting, this contractor was on time and professional. S&R Construction worked with our insurance company to estimate the damages and explained and guided us through each step of the process . Once the work started we had a project manager onsite daily to manage the crews, inspect the work and address any concerns. The contractor provided time- frames for each phase of the work and met or exceeded what was provided. All of the staff and the workers were professional, clean and respectful of our home we were extremely happy with the end result and would highly recommend S.R.Construction. We found this company to be fair, reliable and honest and have recommended this company to so many of our friends. The company's owner paid personal attention to every detail and made us extremely happy with the outcome of our home.
