The owner, Mark Henn, will not return calls. His wife, Robin, filters them. They were having my lawn man do their adjustments as they do business together but then they each blame the other when something goes wrong. After missing 2 appointments for a sprinkler gwarranty adjustment , Robin told me she had made arrangements with my lawn man and that she didn't have time to tell me what was done. I asked for them to communicate directly with me as I pay their biills and she hung up on me.
I finally hired another sprinkler company to make my adjustments, even though I had to pay for it, and then found how I'd been overcharged.
