Contractor was hostile, did not show up, rarely returned phone calls and ended up being an unlicensed (illegal) contractor in Palm Beach County. The project was delayed again and again. Rogers Designs never finished the work and threathened legal action when they were not paid for services they charged for but never performed. Avoid this company and save yourself a nightmare.
