He was really exceptionally good.I have an older home, I think it's a 2006 and the bathtubs were out of shape, some have holes, some have rust.It was three bathtubs, and he did a wonderful job.

Patrick was very easy to work with and explained the whole process.  He took great care to mask off the cabinets, counters, etc. so they would not get any overspray.  He was very neat and did a good job cleaning up afterward.  I had always been told how smelly this paint was, but it really was not that bad.  He ventilated the kitchen and I was able to stay in the next room while he worked.  It only took about 3 to 3-1/2 hours, most of which was covering and uncovering what was not to be sprayed.  The odor dissipated after a day and I could smell it slightly for a few days when I came in from outside.  I am very happy with the results and the neutral color I chose.

Excellent all around, especially in protecting other bathroom surfaces, perfect cleanup and caulking at the end.  A tough job because of having to strip prior refinishing layer.  A complete professional, in job performance, service, and attitude.  Thanks!

The first worker/preparer arrived promptly at 8 am.  He was very personable and was careful with my oak floors to the extend of taking off his shoes and laying his equipment on a protective cloth.  His boss/company owner called to say he would arrive between 12:30 and 1:00 and he came just after 12:30.  He did an excellent job resurfacing and making the bottom of the tub slip proof with a rubber mat no longer necessary.  He also grouted around the tub which I had not known was included.  I am very pleased with the whole transaction.

"Thanks for the positive feedback. What our company does is refinish surfaces. We took your old looking cabinets and countertops and refinished them to a factory looking new like finish. If you were looking to "restore" your cabinets, that would have been a whole other process. We do our best to fill in any obvious nicks and or chips, but for us to fill every single nick or small scratch is almost impossible given the time frame and cost. When we show up to do our estimate, we give our customers the cost and show our product line at that time. If the customer feels the cost is too much, they should at that time seek other alternatives that may match what their true needs, we can, at that time, direct them to a contractor who can give them exactly what they want. As far as the paint peeling off the customers walls, this is common and also is described on our estimate sheet when we show up to do the work, our paperwork states "masking tape can pull up small pieces of the surface it is stuck to when it is removed" we cannot know if the customers walls were prepped properly when they were painted previously. Our company does everything we can do to cover floors walls etc. We had plastic draped from ceiling to floor and also drop cloths on the floor surface. Our evac blower took any fumes and pumped them out a window so the customer does not have to smell the paints. Thanks again for the feedback and we wish you many years of enjoyment with your newly refinished surfaces. Thank you, Resurface Specialist."

The job went entirely as scheduled. The sink and tub/shower enclosure were completed in one day and the faux sandstone was completed 2 days later after allowing the fixtures to dry.

Patrick the owner showed up as promised at 8 a.m. and worked till late afternoon to finish the fixtures then returned 2 days later, again at 8 a.m to do the counter top. He left the work area clean after each session.

We waited a month before writing this evaluation as we wanted to make sure things held up well before commenting. It did and we are extremely pleased with the results.

Our original intent was to replace the sink and counter top with a new cabinet and sink fixture. Patrick showed us before and after photos of his method of refinishing exiting counters with a finish that looks amazingly like stone. The new surface was available in a number of different styles, we chose the sandstone.  We couldn't be more pleased with the results.
