"False, this is the wife of a customer who we never met nor delt with, and the information is completely wrong. We were never paid the full amount owed for services provided, We were denied entry by your husband into your gated community to retrieve our bait-stations after you decided to cancel your contract as you felt we solved your outdoor rodent issue, emails and phone calls were denied for months. the account was turned over to collections at that point a bad review appeared. Also this account never paid $400, only payment received was $160 and you received 2 services"
