PALM CITY POOL & SPA

We had been using PC Pools for about 7 years. Up until about a year ago, they performed excellent service. They were reliable, vaccumed the pool, etc. The pool looked great. The past few months , there has been dirt (sand) on the bottom of the pool, the bottom appears stained and the pool just doesn't look good. We called to complain and were told that the pool was just cleaned yesterday. I doubt it was vaccummed, or has been vaccummed for a while. It appears that the technician just checks the water balance, throws some chemicals in and then leaves. He probably has spent no more than 5 minutes for the past several months. Previously the technician left a notice on the door stating what service they performed and recommendations for other work if needed. We also had a leak which we found on our own and took care with another company. They used to provide good service.

and they came out immediately. They informed us of the best and least expensive way to solve the issues. They answered all questions and returned phone calls within the hour.
