The guys did a good job at a fair price.

I called Mike to come out and talk over how best to trim our favorite oak and support it so my boys could enjoy it for a few more years. It has started to lean so I wanted a certified arborist. On the morning the work was to be done I walked by my front window and looked out. I was shocked and started crying. They had ruined my boys climbing tree. I didn't see Mike anywhere so I called him. He said he was sorry for the misunderstanding. I was dumbfounded. I was very clear on how much we loved that tree. That it was part of why we bought this house. I felt lied to as I wasn't told that it wouldn't even be him cutting the tree. That he wouldn't even be on the property to supervise. He told me he tells them where to cut. I had told him I work from home. My car was in the driveway. He could have knocked and included me in that conversation and made sure his workers and I understood and we were all on the same page before doing something irreversible. When he came back to get his equipment he was rude and hurtful. As I cried he told me about his five star rating and made it very clear he just wanted to get paid. He ruined forever one of my boys favorite things and I am heartbroken over it.

The crew came at the scheduled time. Owner was on site for the entire job and the work performed was excellent. I couldn't ask for more.

Wonderful job!! I had to leave before they were finished, and they totally removed all the tree without a trace left behind!

Excellent work. No skimping on the mulch. Hate when you can tell landscapers or DIY try and save money and barely cover an area needing mulch. Timely. Detailed. Will call Mike anytime I need additional landscape work. The cost was for a pretty big area.

Mike and his son showed up on time, went right to work.  It was a delicate job as the large oak needed a lot of trimming and thinning out of the canopy, which overhangs my backyard shed and my neighbors fence.  They did a great job,  with no damage to either, and the tree looked great upon completion.  Now months later, the tree still looks great and definitely healthy.  Mike explained the need for proper pruning to preserve the health of the tree, and why they did things the we they did.  He really seems to know his stuff.  I recommend him highly.

Actually, the closest tree service I found on Angie's list never showed up for their appointment so I called Mike's Tree Service next. Glad that the first guy didn't come because Mike and his crew did a fabulous job, cleaned up afterward and even did a few extra odds and ends for me.

Outstanding job.  First of all, Mike showed up very quickly to give us an estimate. He walked around and we discussed the work to be done. After a short while he handed me an estimate.  His estimate was slightly lower than others, but his knowledge and professionalism is what sold me.

They showed up to do the work as promised, on time.  The crew was supervised by Mike and they were very efficient.  They completed the work very nicely with no damage to the yard.  Before they left, they did an excellent job of cleaning up. Very impressive.

I will have Mike's back to do more work later and highly recommend them.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job, they were prompt and neat. They left no debris behind, they treated my property with care. Mike was also very knowledgeable regarding the disease that killed my tree. I was very impressed with his whole operation and would reccommend them again and again.

Mike works on Saturdays, came to give me his estimate, explained what he would do and how and reassured me that he has many years of experience.  I had obtained 4 estimates from other companies and his was the lowest by several hundred dollars and for a broader scope of work.  He arrived on time with 4 large trucks, and a bucket truck.  He had all the right equipment including bobcats, chippers and things I don't even know the names of.  I was very impressed.   I was not there to watch the maneuvering they had to do to bring massive limbs down from between the houses but there was no damage and there was no clutter left behind.  In fact, there was very little sawdust in the grass even.  Mike and his crew were very personable, professional and efficient.  Clearly they know their business.  I would gladly recommend Mike's Tree Service to anyone.  Thanks, Mike.

Professional operation. Mike returned my call promptly and came out to do an estimate on Saturday. Nice, professional guy. Gave me a reasonable estimate. On the day of the job, he and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. The job was done exactly as discussed, and the clean up was so thorough, you couldn't even tell tree work had been done that day. The oak trees look great, and the pine tree was cleanly removed. Will definitely use his services again.
