+ -1 moreThe initial program of exercises is very doable and meets my needs for now. I will probably need additional time with a trainer to progress to other machines and exercises but it's all good for now. I have also tried some of the classes offered and there are several to choose from that provide variety and are fun too!
Description of Work: Signed up for annual membership. Met with fitness trainer to establish exercise program. She reviewed my goals and current physical issues and gave me initial program of exercises. Professional and efficient.

+ -1 moreIt has everything you need. The spin class is awesome. It is a basic gym. It is not one of those gyms where you look in the mirror and marvel at how awesome you are. It is not a meat market. It is a simple, humble gym. The Monday and Wednesday spin class is the best in town. They have good childcare and the people are friendly.
Description of Work: I used Martin Health & Fitness Center. I use the gym.
