The timing got messed up due to Dorian, but Brian, Ed, and the crew were able to fully load a 5 bedroom house, a ton of storage boxes, 13 wardrobe boxes, and 2 trucks within a matter of 6 hours. They stored our furniture for 4 days, and then timely delivered and unpacked in Boynton Beach. Their overall professionalism, courtesy, and genuine caring were not only appreciated - but unexpected bonuses. The move was intensely smooth, the cost was more than reasonable, and I would not hesitate to either recommend or use again.

The move was fine. They worked very hard.

They showed up on time and did a great job moving the furniture and boxes into the house.
They were patient with our not being sure where everything was to go. We packed our own boxes.
We only had one broken vase from a large move.

They packed everything fabulously; on that part I would rate them an A.  But then in either the transport or the unpacking, they weren’t quite as nice as I would like them to be. They were bothered when I asked them to move something.  There was a picture frame broken and also when they replaced the glass doors on my cabinet they didn’t adjust them right so they didn’t close.  When I called them to come back, they didn’t come back to do it.  This was the second time I used them; I used them a year ago.  The first time they did a great job so that’s why I used them again.  The second time I was not happy and I won’t use them again.  I would give them a D overall because they wouldn’t call me back.  The actual movers were pretty nice but the owner gets an F for professionalism because a professional takes responsibility and accountability for their work.
