Michael Trapani is the general contractor and he is very professional, competent and friendly. This was a large job as it was essentially building a new house. The house was enlarged with the addition of a master bath and a new entry. Walls were torn down, moved and installed. New electrical wiring and updated plumbing were added. A new kitchen was installed and all of our flooring was replaced. Our ceiling was refinished and accented with new lighting and fans. All doors and windows were replaced with hurricane impact windows.
Michael was very helpful in the construction process and he made several suggestions that improved our home. His foreman Wes was very punctual and conscientious, as well as an excellent craftsman. We would use Hemmingway Homes again and highly recommend them.
